Standing out among 1,779 listed companies on the Taiwan Stock Exchange, WinWay's Senior Vice President of Global Business Operations, Mr. Jason Chen, accepted this prestigious award on behalf of the company.

The “2023 Taiwan Best-in-Class 100”, in its second year, includes renowned enterprises such as TSMC, Foxconn, MediaTek, Evergreen Marine, and Uni-President Enterprises. WinWay has received this honor for the first time, highlighting its growth across fundamentals, market presence, sustainability, and various other aspects, earning significant recognition.

The “2023 Taiwan Best-in-Class 100” list, a collaboration between the Taiwan Institute of Directors (TID) and the Corporate Development Research Center (CDRC), simulates investment methodologies of various global institutional investors. Based on data statistics from 2020 to 2022, they released the “2023 Taiwan Best-in-Class 100” rankings, selecting the top 100 companies based on market capitalization. The 2023 Taiwan Best-in-Class 100 Awards Ceremony took place on September 26th in Taipei.

Since its establishment in 2001, WinWay, under the leadership of Chairman Mark Wang, has consistently provided customers with prompt and high-quality services through professional technical expertise and a comprehensive range of testing platforms. It has steadily held its position among the top six IC test interface suppliers globally. In January 2021, WinWay successfully completed its stock market listing, fulfilling commitments to all shareholders. In the future, WinWay aims to continue strengthening compliance, fostering a robust corporate governance culture, and fulfilling corporate social responsibilities. It seeks to maintain a balance among shareholders, employees, customers, and stakeholders, aiming to maximize benefits for all parties involved.

From a fundamental perspective, WinWay has shown three consecutive years of profit growth since 2020. Simultaneously, WinWay has been consistently investing and injecting technological prowess. By the end of last year (2022), WinWay had accumulated 50 patents. Additionally, it has completed the research and development of wafer-level integrated optical component testing systems and ultra-high-frequency, low-wear rolling contact components with small displacements.

In terms of market perspective, WinWay has continued to attract attention from foreign institutional investors and maintained a healthy interaction with them.

In terms of sustainability, WinWay has been committed to operational optimization and the implementation of energy-saving and carbon-reducing practices, demonstrating its dedication to sustainability. Mr. Jason Chen, Senior Vice President of Global Business Operations at WinWay, mentioned that apart from pursuing profit growth, the company actively addresses global environmental protection and climate change issues. WinWay obtained ISO 14001 environmental management system certification in 2014 and has been executing carbon reduction projects for years. In the past year (2022), the company reduced water usage by 28.9% compared to the previous year. Additionally, various energy-saving and green manufacturing measures have been introduced in facility construction. In the future, we plan to further engage in ESG initiatives and actions.
