2002
- Obtained various patents of semiconductor testing equipment.
2003
- The North America branch was established, which offers local customer an instant technical support and service.
2004
- Launched sockets for CMOS Image sensor and test fixture for BGA substrate.
2005
- Established a factory in Taoyuan.
2006
- Quality certificated with ISO-9001.
2007
- Integrated business and service team in Hsinchu branch.
2008
- Established the second factory in Kaohsiung. Launched ATC Thermal controller.
2009
- Launched WLCSP Probe head, Kelvin contact solution.
2010
- Launched Sandwich coaxial socket.

2011
- Launched WLCSP fine pitch probe head / probe card / Direct dock solution.
2012
- The headquarters building in Taiwan was inaugurated in December. BiTS Workshop published paper
2013
- WinWay Tech. won the 22nd National Award of Outstanding Small and Medium Enterprises. WinWay Tech. won the 16th Rising Star Award of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
2014
- Establish Test Engineering Center(TEC) in Hsinchu county(Taiwan). WinWay Technology acquired Saber probe based vertical probe card operations of Wentworth Laboratories Inc.
2015
- Launched Brownie coaxial socket & E-Flux.
2016
- Launched HEATCon
2017
- Launched P0.4 Brownie coaxial probe head.
2018
- Established Kaohsiung Honzhou Factory.
- Established Hsinchu Probe Card Production Center.
- Launched 0.35mm pitch Coaxial Socket and Burn-in socket.
- Launched 80 um pitch probe card solution.
2019
- WinWay Tech. Won the 15th Golden Torch Award of top ten outstanding and potential enterprises.
- Approved for public offering by the Taipei Exchange.
- Approved for Xing counter trading by the Taipei Exchange.
- Quality certificated with ISO-45001.
- Developed E-Flux 3.1.
- Developed AiP Socket.
2020
- Invested NTD$3.25 billion to build a high-end semiconductor manufacturing center in Kaohsiung Nanzih Technology Industrial Park.
- Launched large package Brownie coaxial solution.
- Developed independent temperature control Burn in Socket.

2021
- WinWay Tech. was officially listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
2023
- Completion of the new plant in Kaohsiung's Nanzih Technology Industrial Park No. 1
