Ethical Management

WinWay is dedicated to establishing a corporate culture of integrity. The 「 Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles」 and 「Guidelines for Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles」 are the main policies of the Company and its subsidiaries for promoting ethical management. The Office of General Manager is responsible for implementing the ethical management policy and the stipulation, implementation, and supervision of related rules. The office is also responsible for reporting the implementation status to the Board of Directors regularly in Q1 of every year.

Implementation results in 2024

Policy advocacy and training:
- Ethical management and ethics related education and training are conducted face-to-face, online, or through announcements. The topics include corruption prevention, trade secrets, intellectual property compliance, and information security.
- Major suppliers and new suppliers are all required to sign the ethical commitment statement and supplier's code of conduct commitment statement.
A dedicated reporting channel and whistleblower protection system is established, and a dedicated unit is appointed to handle the complaints and reports.
Regular reviews: The implementation status is reported to the Board of Directors regularly every year. The latest reporting date was March 06, 2024.
