The leading provider of semiconductor testing interface solutions, WinWay Technology (6515) (hereafter referred to as WinWay), is participating in the three-day VOICE 2024 Developers Conference starting on the 3rd of this month (US time). In response to the conference's new theme, "Artificial Intelligence," WinWay will showcase AI and HPC-related applications, as well as the latest technologies from its entire product line.
The VOICE 2024 Developers Conference is the annual event of Advantest Corporation, a major semiconductor test equipment manufacturer. This year's event covers ten major themes and features 77 presentations. It also marks Advantest's 70th anniversary, where the company will exhibit its SoC test platforms V93000 and T2000, developed in collaboration with its partners.
In addition to continuing last year's nine major themes, which include 5G millimeter wave, high-performance digital computing, parametric testing, software and hardware design integration, testing methodologies, T2000, component/system-level testing, and other popular topics, this year's VOICE 2024 Developers Conference has added the theme of Artificial Intelligence. The new theme includes AI-aided testing, AI-generated code, smart data innovation and big data analytics, and solutions addressing AI.
In response to the AI trend, WinWay is expanding its entire product line to include AI and HPC-related applications. The products and technologies are continually advancing towards large packages, high power consumption, high frequency, and high-speed mobility. The main product strategies include high-frequency and high-speed coaxial sockets with transmission specifications up to SerDes PAM4 224 Gbps, the world's first wafer-level optical CPO package test system, and the HEATCon Titan temperature control system for 2000 W ultra-high power thermal solutions. The product designs closely align with customer needs and market trends, earning recognition from customers.
