The PoP socket can satisfy pitch 0.35mm to pitch 0.5mm and LPDDR4 (4.2 Gbps) testing needs. Its structure has passed mass production verification and possesses high frequency electrical properties and excellent heat conductivity through the embedded coaxial structure. The socket can conduct mass production testing for the chip core temperature range of -20℃ to 105℃.
