WinWay Technology Co., Ltd. has been recognized with two prestigious honors in the 2026 Best Companies to Work for in Asia awards: the Best Companies to Work for in Asia Award and the Tech Empowerment Award. This marks WinWay’s first time applying for and receiving these internationally recognized HR awards, affirming the Company’s long-term commitment to fostering a positive workplace, advancing sustainable development, cultivating talent, and giving back to society.
To encourage every employee to openly express their needs and participate in shaping employee benefits, WinWay holds quarterly meetings for discussion and dialogue between management and employees, to built the two-way communication at workplace. In addition, the Company holds its “Meet the General Manager” sessions every six months, during which WinWay Chairman Mark Wang face-to-face with employees, sharing updates on the Company’s operations and market developments while providing an open platform for employees to ask questions directly. Through listening and dialogue, management is able to generate new ideas and spark greater creativity across the organization.
As the Company’s business performance and profitability continue to grow, WinWay is committed to sharing the benefits of the AI-driven growth with the employees. In 2025, the Company’s total employee profit-sharing distribution reached NT$800 million, with average annual compensation equivalent to 35 months of salary. The average annual salary for non-supervisory employees reached NT$1.55 million, exceeding the average for Taiwan-listed semiconductor companies and demonstrating WinWay’s core value of “mutual prosperity.”
WinWay regards AI as a key strategic element of its core business processes, this approach recognized through the Tech Empowerment Award. In manufacturing, the Company has progressively introduced digitalization and automation since 2021, including the development of an Automated Order Scheduling System. With support from its Manufacturing Execution System (MES), WinWay successfully implemented wafer-level Statistical Process Control (SPC) in probe manufacturing, becoming the first in the industry to achieve this milestone.
In terms of operation optimization, WinWay has also comprehensively implemented its proprietary generative AI tool, “WinWay GPT.” Designed as a dedicated internal AI knowledge platform, WinWay GPT enables employees to quickly access documents, specifications, delivery information, maintenance records, and technical knowledge. By leveraging AI, the platform streamlines operational processes, enhances work quality, and serves as a powerful digital assistant for employees in their daily work.
