On the 20th-anniversary celebration, WinWay organized a Family Day and a Gratitude Tea Party. Employees and their families from the northern, central, and southern sites gathered at the Lihpao Resort in Taichung. Throughout a series all-day-long-activities, the event aimed to unify and strengthen cohesion among everyone.
The Family Day event comprised two main parts. It commenced with an one-hour celebratory ceremony to kickstart the activities. Over 3000 employees participated in the theme park's Beat House Theater. Apart from awarding the 'Employee of the Year' and performances by union representatives, there was an engaging segment involving a mass chorus and interactive dance called the 'Energy Booster Dance,' heating up the atmosphere to its peak! Following this was a series of games and challenges across the Lihpao Resort for employees and their families to explore and win exciting prizes.
WinWay Technology Co., Ltd. celebrated its 20th anniversary by showcasing creativity in the ' WinWay 20, It’s My Way' celebration party. Not only did they commemorate the solid foundation laid in the past through a 20th-anniversary retrospective video, but they also presented captivating performances such as employee cheerleading squads and a movie-themed fashion show. These performances fully showcased the passion and vitality of the employees, emphasizing their continuous drive for breakthroughs and innovation, while looking forward to the boundless possibilities in the future."
