Supplier Management

1. The Company has established the Supplier Management Measures, Procedures for Supplier Management, and Guidelines for Supplier Evaluation and Continuous Improvements, which regulate the evaluation, regular review, and continuous improvements of suppliers. The Company aims to create a supplier management mechanism that facilitates sustainable growth.
2. In order to fulfill its corporate environmental protection responsibilities, the Company's products comply with the environmental protection regulations of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS Directive), thereby implementing an environmental protection policy.

New supplier evaluation

A comprehensive evaluation based on the six factors of quality assurance, quality standards, price standards, delivery date standards, technical standards, and service standards is conducted according to the Supplier Evaluation Form.
Among these, the scoring of quality assurance is based on whether quality certification and delivery quality certification, such as ISO certification, have been obtained.
In terms of quality standards and technical standards, the quality assurance unit of the Company conducts on-site audits to evaluate manufacturing regulations.

Regular evaluationsof qualified suppliers

We are focused on the sustainable management of suppliers. In terms of sustainability requirements, we emphasize the environmental, social, and governance efforts of suppliers. For key suppliers (ratio of procurement amount over 80%). Evaluations of Quality (Q), Cost (C), Delivery (D), and Service (S) are performed every quarter.
